1. Acceptance
By accessing fxcyberhub.com you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. About the website
Fx Cyber Hub is an independent, informational website owned and operated by Juliana Anacleto de Freitas, based in Brazil. It publishes educational content about cybersecurity for small businesses, including threat protection, security awareness, privacy and reviews of security tools.
3. Information only — no professional advice
Content is provided for general information and education. It is not legal, technical, financial or professional security advice and does not replace a qualified professional who knows your situation. You are responsible for the security decisions you make. Laws, products and threats change, so content may become outdated.
4. Intellectual property
Texts, design and the Fx Cyber Hub name belong to the website owner or are used with permission. You may share links and short quotes with attribution and a link to the original page. Copying or republishing whole articles without written permission is not allowed. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their owners.
5. Links, advertising and affiliate relationships
The website may contain links to third-party websites and ads served by Google AdSense. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or privacy practices. If an article contains affiliate links, this will be disclosed, and it does not change our editorial evaluation.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or scrape content in bulk.
7. Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for losses or damages resulting from the use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the consumer protection laws of your country.
8. Privacy
The use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the website means you accept the current version.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may also bring a claim in the courts of that country where its law allows.
